Himesh sings the starting lines until 0:33 in fulltu high pitch.
Himesh's lines, AAHISTIGI and BAS AAP HI (off-da-hook composition notes, terrific desperation feel vocals that win over the listener) give completeless effect, appeal and impact to the preceeding mukhda lines.
Himesh's line, YEH KEH RAHI HAI (sharp tonal quality) from 0:22 to 0:25
The song enters business end from 0:34 onwards with extended mukhda hook from Sufi Rwak stable, which is complex unconventional and full of profound twists, yet so appealing.
Himesh sings with heartfelt vocals.
The line, MAUSIQUII (awesome composition note) from 0:46 to 0:48 & 1:05 to 1:07 is the intermediate connecting line that gives appeal to the whole mukhda hook.
Himesh nails it with the line AAP SE (off-da-hook fulltu vocals, off-da-hook compositional notes whereby song reaches peak) from 0:49 to 0:52 to fully express underlying inner feelings of lover.
Himesh's line, AASHIQUI (painful heartfelt vocals) from 0:56 to 0:57
Himesh's line, AAP SEEEEE (off-da-hook prolonged, the vibrato effect has so much impactful khanaak, song reaches peak) from 1:08 to 1:11 fully express the Jazbaat of the lover.
The lines from 1:13 to 1:32 have pre ABA flavor in them and quite likeable.
The lyrics from 1:33 to 1:59 have konnekt in them, enhanced by Himesh's heartfelt vocals that strike an emotional chord.
Himesh's line, BAS AAP HAIN (emphasis impact vocals) is quite appealing as the lyric depicts respect towards lover, with emphasis on the line HAIN (terrific tone with terrific khanaak and kashish) from 1:44 to 1:46 & 1:57 to 1:59 that wins over listener.
The composition pattern of lines AAP SE MAUSIQUII MAUSIQUII from 2:09 to 2:15 & 2:25 to 2:31 is like a descending waterfall / river pattern, and the piano interlude along from 2:11 to 2:15 & 2:27 to 2:31 gives terrific perfect scale.
Himesh asks the orchestra to Hit It from 2:19 onwards, and the excitement / jazba is evident in his vocals as he sings the line SE at 2:19
The song gets into full form and into freeflowing rhythm along with the perfectly ideal rhythmic beat whereby the listener feels the rhythmic groove.
Himesh's line, MAUS (off-da-hook ghehraayi singing) QUII (off-da-hook halke se desperation feel singing) from 2:25 to 2:28
Conclusion
It is an unconventional complex composition with twists n turns in mukhda hook, yet very catchy and appealing. Himesh pours his heart out with heartfelt vocals which strike a chord. One may have thought about Sameer ji's absence considering the kind of lyrics he gave in Himesh's debut album Aap Ka Surroor but Manoj has done a fine job by penning lines that have emotional feel and connect. The lines AAHISTIGI from 0:14 to 0:17, BAS AAP HI from 0:29 to 0:33, BAS AAP HAIN from 1:42 to 1:46 & 1:56 to 1:59, MAUSIQUII MAUSIQUII, AAP SEEE from 0:43 to 0:52, 1:02 to 1:11, 2:09 to 2:18 & 2:25 to 2:35 are the intermediate binding notes that give the composition its overall appeal and impact. The music video is only going to enhance the emotional feel and impact in terms of the underlying storyline.
Only time will tell the true level of this song as a standalone and also in comparison to other songs of this album once the OST is released, but gauging by the promo and this performance, it is a perfectly apt and ideal song to open the album and does justice of being promoted as opening song of Himesh's second album, considering the expectations after what feat his first album was able to achieve in all aspects.
In the promo, Aap Se Mausiiquii has an unplugged / semi plugged beat, thus making it kind of a reprise unplugged version...but it is not known that if an additional beat joins in the remainder of the song in its full extended version. When Himesh sings it live in Safai Giri awards, he also started it with semi plugged / reprise version, but then the beat kicked in towards the ending to make the song rhythmic...the full beat is giving tremendous rhythm to the song, i.e. a case with Samjho Na, it has a semi plugged beat in OST but the music video has full beat and that version sounds really good. So there can be 2 scenarios, first that the song has semi plugged beat but full beat kicks in later, second that the song has 2 separate versions i.e. reprise with semi plugged beat and main with full beat.
Himesh's lines, AAP (awesome variation) from 0:34 to 0:35, 1:02 to 1:03, 4:48 to 4:50 & 5:05 to 5:06, AAP SE (awesome straight note) from 1;16 to 1:18, AASHI (arrogant feel) QUII at 1:05, MAUSIQUII (awesome straight note) from 4:59 to 5:01, AAP SE (ghehraayi emphasis twist) from 5:10 to 5:12...really like when Himesh shouts Aap Ka Haath Uthaiye Please from 0:59 to 1:00, Apna Haath Uthaiye from 5:02 to 5:04...Himesh sang this song with some variations in twists n turns, initially i thought that the scale of this song should be bit lower so that the starting intro super fulltu high pitch lines HALKA KALKA SA don't sound that loud but the scale is ideally perfect for the main hook lines Aap Se Aashiqui, Aap Se Mausiiquii.
Additional Thoughts
the Mic and sound recording / mixing equipment used for recording the intro high pitched lines of Aap Se Mausiquii is the same equipment used for recording Chichora Piya from Action Jackson, because the lines SANSON MEIN BHI (loud penetrating),BEIKTHIYARI YEH KEHRAHI MERI TOH DUNIYA...the Tone is same as Chichora Piya Hook line...i think for this portion, could have used another mic or the sound engineer could have gone for lower dB / decibels while mixing, so that the high pitched loud penetration impact is lesser especially for non HR audience.

one thing that i admire about this album is makers confidence in their product, they are making such tall claims in the teaser 'Once In A Lifetime Comes An Album...Which Redefines Music', aisa likhne se pehle makers koh apni album pe kitna bharosa hoga.
one of the cute things about the teaser is how HR is lip singing the high pitched lines in a subdued toned down manner...how he lip sung it in trailer, it can't be the same way how he must have sung them with intensity in his studio...and so HR is looking sweet singing this way.
while it could be argued why lyricist chose 'Mausiiquii' for the album's title, but they had to replace Suroor with another Urdu word...the thing with this unconventional word is that it can at times sound bit unfamiliar and odd especially in a repetitive hook line that requires listener to get used to it and also many people don't know what this word actually means, but what cannot be argued is that HR is looking sweet and innocent in certain portions of the teaser, and that he is going to shoot 10 music videos with different cuties.
